- 48–72 hours before → 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours → No refund
- No refund for no-show
If the trip is cancelled due to weather, technical issues, or government restrictions:
- 100% refund or
- Reschedule at no extra cost
Refunds take 7–10 business days to process.
