Service Delivery / Shipping Policy

Plavaka Yachts & Sailing provides boating and yacht tour services at designated jetty locations. Since we offer service-based experiences, no physical products are shipped.

Order / Booking Processing Time

  • Bookings are processed instantly after successful online payment.
  • Confirmation details are sent via Email and/or WhatsApp within 5–10 minutes.

Service Delivery Method

  • All services are delivered in person at the selected boarding location such as Gateway of India, Mandwa, etc.
  • The customer must arrive at the jetty on or before the scheduled reporting time.

Service Delivery Timeline

  • The service (yacht/boat ride) is delivered on the selected date and time chosen during booking.
  • Duration depends on the package booked.

If We Are Unable to Deliver

In case of weather issues, operational limitations, or safety concerns, the customer may choose:

  • Free rescheduling
  • Full refund

Customer Responsibilities

  • Reach the pickup point on time.
  • Carry booking confirmation details.
  • Follow all safety instructions during the trip.

Damages or Loss

Any vessel damage caused due to customer negligence will be charged accordingly.
